These Terms of Service govern your use of the G Sauce website and purchases made through our online store. The store is operated by G SAUCES LTD (“G Sauce”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Using our website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of G Sauce or another person.
We may update, suspend or change parts of the website from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
3. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to describe and present our products accurately. Product images are illustrative and colours, texture, appearance and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on screen or from one production batch to another where this does not materially change the product.
Food ingredients, storage instructions, net quantity and other required product information should be read carefully before purchase and consumption. Always check the product label when the goods arrive because formulations and labelling can change.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, do not place an order until you have obtained and reviewed the relevant allergen information. If the product page does not provide the information you need, contact us at infogsauce@gmail.com before ordering.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our obligation to provide goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where applicable.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes will be included or calculated as required. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before you place your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed on the corrected basis where appropriate or receive a refund.
5. Placing an order and contract formation
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, the contract between you and G Sauce is formed when we confirm that the goods have been dispatched. If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable, there is an error in price or product information, or we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid for the affected goods.
6. Availability and purchase limits
All orders are subject to availability. We may apply reasonable purchase limits, refuse unusually large or suspicious orders, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse of a promotion, or an obvious technical error. We will not use this right in a way that removes your statutory consumer rights.
7. Delivery
Delivery destinations, charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our delivery arrangements in more detail.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Online consumers may have a statutory right to cancel qualifying purchases, but legal exceptions can apply to perishable goods and to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. These exceptions do not remove your rights in relation to faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
9. Promotions and discounts
Promotions, bundles and discount offers may be subject to additional conditions shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders. Any change will not affect a contract that we have already accepted.
Where an automatic discount is advertised, eligibility is determined by the conditions displayed with that promotion and the contents of your basket at checkout.
10. Reviews and customer content
If you submit a review, message or other content to us, you confirm that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. We may moderate or decline to publish customer content where reasonably necessary, including content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, irrelevant or contains personal information about another person.
11. Intellectual property
The G Sauce name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, logos and other original content are owned by or licensed to G SAUCES LTD unless stated otherwise. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, commercially exploit or distribute our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Our responsibility to consumers
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Where you purchase as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption arising from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
13. Third-party services and links
Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery or technology providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. The Terms that apply to an order are the version in effect when the relevant contract is formed, unless a change is required by law.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean we have waived our right to do so later.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights available to you under the law that applies where you live and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable law.
